If you are not fully satisfied, item(s) ordered on www.toboggancanada.com may be returned to us within 30 days of order, if the below requirements are met.

We want you to enjoy your jacket as long as possible; life expectancy of our products depends on how you treat them. Any Toboggan Canada jacket purchased from an Authorized Retailer is fully warranted up to 1 year against any defect in material and workmanship. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the jacket free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. Proof of purchase is mandatory.

Any Toboggan product damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse of the product will not be accepted for a replacement or a refund. The warranty will be voided if the inside garment tags are removed.
